Identifying MSA products
When ordering MSA product to be sold as MSA in your business, it is important to purchase from a Licensed MSA supplier.
You can look up licenced suppliers using the
MSA locator.
Click on each of the highlighted areas on the invoice, then click Next to help Graham review his invoice.
MSA licence number
This shows the supplier is licensed.
If MSA product is purchased from a non-MSA supplier it must not be sold as MSA product.
Identification of MSA products
MSA products should clearly labelled as such on the invoice, and listed separately from non-MSA products.
Where branded products are underpinned by MSA and the MSA trademark is used, these products must contain only MSA product.
Identification of non-MSA products
These cannot be sold as MSA to the consumer.
